- We are unable to wait for you past departure time so please be punctual!
- Please check your departure time on your booking.
- Personal food and drink are not allowed on board.
- NO SMOKING is allowed on the platform.
- A designated vaping area is available on Poko Loko floating platform.
- Please check-in at least 30 minutes prior to your tour time at Mahogany Beach.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate kids under the age of 4 years onboard Poko Loko for Health & Safety reasons.
- All bookings are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the departure date.
