THINGS TO KNOW:
- We are unable to wait for you past departure time so please be punctual!
- Please check your departure time on your booking
- Personal food, drink and water is not allowed on board.
- A small smoking and vaping area is available on Poko Loko
- Please check-in at least 30 min prior at Mahogany Beach for persons who did not include transfer in there package
- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate kids under the age of 5 years onboard Poko Loko for Health & Safety reasons
- All bookings are non refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the departure date
- We DO accept both cash or card payment, however your cash can be topped up on a Poko Loko cards with our cashier for you to make payments. (Visa, Mastercard and Amex) accepted
